We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all RISEBAND orders.

If RISEBAND doesn't change your mornings, we'll give you a full refund — no hassle, no hard feelings.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your request must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be in its original condition (not physically damaged by misuse)
  • You must provide your order number

We do not require you to return the product to receive your refund. Just contact us and we'll process it.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@theriseband.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]"
  3. Tell us briefly what happened

We will respond within 1 to 2 business days and process your refund within 5 to 7 business days after approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your RISEBAND arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days of delivery:

  • Contact us at support@theriseband.com
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will ship the correct item immediately at no cost to you.

What We Don't Cover

We are unable to process returns or refunds for:

  • Requests submitted after 30 days of delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.

International Orders

For customers outside the United States:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes paid on the original order — these are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs (if required) are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item
