At RISEBAND, we work with fulfillment centers in the United States and internationally to deliver your order efficiently and securely.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been processed:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email
- Your tracking number will be included

Delivery times vary depending on product availability and the fulfillment center your order ships from.

Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada
Estimated delivery: 5 to 12 business days
🇦🇺 Australia
Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days

Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses.
In that case:
- You will receive multiple tracking numbers
- Packages may arrive on different dates
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery location
- The shipping method selected
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please note:
- Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system
Customs, Taxes & Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- The customer may be responsible for local taxes, import duties, or customs fees
- These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities
RISEBAND has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any additional costs incurred at customs.
Carrier Delays & Liability
RISEBAND is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including:
- Carrier issues or delays
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- High logistics demand
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, is lost, or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (in case of damage)
